    Best practice for any piece of item takes a general precaution towards unusual environments. We recommend avoiding exposure to heat or humidity and direct sunlight to prevent fading and cracking. Surfaces should be covered when possible to prevent obvious damage. Please be aware that heavily dyed fabric can transfer to your product and causing discolouration.

    All photos on our website are taken by professional photographers under lighting conditions that are typical in a residential home. We try our best to accurately show the finish color and texture as best we can.     Order Information

    Our team needs 2-5 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 5-7 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.

    We do ship internationally from our partnered warehouses & factories. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing. If you have a special order you’d like to place with us just contact our team and we can try our best to ship the item to your desired location!
